Return & Exchange Policy
The Dholkee follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase
Exchange Policy:
We make sure to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so that the customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you exchanges.
Exchange eligibility:
We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
Reporting Issues:
In case you encounter any sizing concerns or defects/damages with the product received, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (24 hours in case of damaged/missing items) via WhatsApp at +91-7073700647 or mail us at navrachanatrading@gmail.com
Size Exchange/ Product Exchange:
- Please go through the size chart carefully before placing order. In case of any doubt, feel free to contact via WhatsApp at +91-7073700647.
- If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to contact us within 24 Hours from the date of delivery.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product.
- Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pin codes. In this case, customer is requested to send back with customer name, Order id and mobile number on it. We advise using a traceable shipping method for your returns.

The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs 150 per dress.
- Each order is eligible for size exchange only once.
- Once the return is approved, the replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 8-10 business days.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery:
- If it is a damaged/defective/missing product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
- However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under three layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there were an issue with the product, we would resolve it for you.
- If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code, we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product.

- No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
- Opening Video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in this scenario otherwise; we will not be able to proceed with the exchange.

Refunds:
- If the customer has any issue with the delivered product, they must contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery. We will not be able to assist if this timeline is exceeded.
- Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused and unworn.
- If a reverse pickup facility is available at your pin code, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address and dispatch the replacement product. Note: Reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, the customer is requested to self-ship the product to us with their name, order ID, and mobile number clearly mentioned on the parcel. We strongly advise using a traceable shipping method for returns.
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes inspection, we will process your request within 3–4 working days.
- A flat deduction of ₹300 per dress will apply for money refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all labels, tags, and original packaging intact are eligible for exchange.
- The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all return and exchange cases.
Cancellation Policy
Terms of order cancellation by customer and/or by Dholkee.
- We offer you the ease of cancellation of your prepaid and COD orders within 24 hours of order placement.
- To request cancellation, please call or Whatsapp on +91-7073700647 or write to us at navrachanatrading@gmail.com.
- We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc.
- In the case where Dholkee cancels prepaid orders, we shall refund the complete amount of the order in their registered bank account with us. We shall inform the customer about the same via mail on their registered email ID or via Whatsapp or via call.
- Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
- Any cancellations by the customer after placing prepaid orders will be charged for 3-4% (as payment gateway charges)
Disclaimer
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- We suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering to avoid exchange and return.
- Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- 5%-10% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights please do not ask for exchange or return for the same.
- We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on www.dholkee.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
- Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
