Shipping policy

Domestic

  1. We offer free shipping for all orders.
  2. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
  3. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms and generally take 6-7 business days.
  4. In the event of national holidays or Sundays, orders are processed on the next working day.

International

  1. For international orders, shipping fees are charged per kilogram, and the total shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, which are calculated at checkout
  2. The buyer is responsible for any additional charges such as customs duty, import taxes, or local state fees.
  3. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company or postal service norms and generally take 10-15 business days.
  4. In the event of national holidays or Sundays, orders are processed on the next working day.
  • DHOLKEE is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
